The hotel is actually cute and cheaper than others in the area, those are the perks. The staff is terrible, with a few exceptions. The guy at the front desk, the security, and the people from the restaurant are simply inept and don't know how to do their job or provide appropriate customer service. I was waiting for my Uber at the restaurant which I learned is part of the hotel, and there was a woman who kept flying around me and making me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Perhaps she thought I was homeless or something? I was not dressed up and I was simply charging my phone. After spending good money for this place, you'd think people have more class.

I loved the decor of the hotel. The restaurant was really good and the staff was friendly throughout the whole hotel. We stayed here for a concert at BMO and it was only a short drive away.

Overall well satisfied with our stay. There was some obnoxious street racing in the middle of the night that disturbed all guests I’m sure for almost an hour, not much the hotel staff could do understandably, something to consider when you stay DT.

Soooooo stinky! Everything seemed cleaned so I think the stickiness was from the cleaning products. The staff were nice but we paid about $9 for a latte in order to avoid the coffee pods in the room that were only decaf.

Very nice charming and glad service team. Clean rooms, bathrooms (room and common areas). Hotel Decoration is superb on any aspect, elevators, floors, pool, bars etc. Honestly my party of 4 were positive surprised with how he Figueroa experience.
