The room was out of tissue Paper and low on toilet paper. The coffe had to move to the restroom to plug it in!! No robes! And basic cable horrible for experience took 3 hour to bring a robe my poor eyes never again 2 star hotel!

Conveniently located near dining, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has varied amenities on site. Parking is easy & convenient. The staff were very nice and professional. There was one lady unfortunately I don't remember her name, who was top notch. She worked September 22 around 11 am. This was at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach. She helped me celebrate my bday by offerinf a free beverage. Security personnel and Market staff were top notch as well.

We arrived at 8am, asked to drop luggage, check in person asked if we wanted to get in our room now for only $55. We were celebrating 40 years of marriage and said sure. She described the room as a corner room. Didn’t say it was an UPGRADE and would be $55 PER NIGHT! I didn’t look at the receipt. Had already pd over $600!! The room had 7 window which made the room extremely hot, no wonder they were trying to unload it. Cleaning staff was wonderful. Also, Hotels.com your app never works when I arrive at a property or during my stay. It has happened every stay booked through this app. Based on my way too expensive stay in Long Beach and the app being offline when most needed, I will not use Hotels.com again!!!!!!!!!
