Nice place
The place was as advertised which was fantastic! The only issue we had is the neighbors were quite loud both in the evening and early morning. Walls and ceiling are not well insulated.

Nice location and a very cozy apartment!
The apartment is beautifully furnished and felt very cozy and welcoming. All furnishings & linens were of good quality. The host stocked the apartment with basic necessities which was nice. The laundry facility is shared but I found it clean. The street parking was not that big of a deal, we always found something close by. Noise from neighbors was minimal but if you are a light sleeper it's best to stay in the back bedroom as the front bedroom is adjacent to the neighboring units door and that occupant is a bit heavy handed at times. Other occupants in the complex were friendly. The advert mentions the unit has AC and while this is technically correct, it failed to mention is was a window unit in the living room only. Fans in the bedrooms helped but it did get a bit toasty at times.

Longbeach Stay
The apartment was very clean and nice! The only negative was the walls of the apartment were thin and you can hear the neighbors TV and kids. The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around upstairs late into the night. Overall, the apartment was very nice.

Great unit!
Newly update unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. I loved working with Greta on issues I had, both minor in nature. I would recommend this unit to stay and will come back.

Affordable and comfortable stay
Location was good, 1-2 mins walk to grocery store is a huge plus. Beds are very comfortable, we had a great rest and sleep!
Apartment has a full kitchen that was beneficial for our family of 4.
