It is in a great location. Close to the beach and shops. A bit pricey for wintertime but the location made it worth it. Shower was tricky too many dials and shower heads.

The noise we bothered caused by people from the room next to us and poor managing this issue by the staff.

Staff were incredible. We got a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room and a delivered care package with a hand written card welcoming our family to the hotel, what a nice touch. Would have liked to have microwave in the room, extra blankets in the closer, and a parking option other than valet.

Family trip (two rooms, two nights)

This hotel had a cice ocean view, perfect location, and good cleaning staff, but we have some complaints. We couldn't get adjacent rooms. One of the rooms we rented had a lot of noise from downstairs late at night. The valet parking people are unfriendly and/or unavailable. The parking was quadruple charged incorrectly which we had to correct at checkout. The parking area was very small so we couldn't turn around or maneuver properly. The shower head not comfortable. Also the water temperature was impossible to control. It as always too hot or too cold.

A hot shower is a no-go. It's nice and warm, then turns freezing cold for a solid 90 seconds. Miserable experience after a long drive and day of travel. My 17-year-old daughter just found nose buggars on her comforter, so we are now in one double bed. Not sure that I'll trust Expedia again. Sad.
