Presque un séjour impecc

Deux choses qui nous ont gêné: 1. Les serviettes de bain étaient usées. Ma copine y a trouvé des cheveux la mienne avaient des tâches. Je comprends pas comment on ne jette pas ce qui n’est plus utilisable. 2. On est parti à 3hrs du matin, et il y a avait un type à l’accueil avec du sang sur le visage, clairement pas un client. Ça donne une très mauvaise image à l’hôtel.

Everyone was so nice and the bar tender was great the chef was very sweet and helpful . Great food . I would recommend .

The staff and pool area were very nice. Rooms need maintenance, such as attention to cleaning air filters on the in-room air conditioners and repair. Nice the hotel has free parking.

Overall the hotel stay was okay, but there are some things that could’ve made the experience better. On the website it says that breakfast available, but it doesn’t mention that breakfast is only available on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and that it is not included when you book. There is a restaurant and hotel share the building. The hotel room was nice. There is a tv, but it only had 8 channels of nothing interesting. There is a Netflix app but because the tv isn’t full set up, we couldn’t use it. This hotel also offers car rental services however, when passing the desk to rent a car, (1) the car rental service man was never available and (2) the one time we were able to catch him, he wasn’t welcoming and seemed like he didn’t want to provide information for rentals. We were told that all the cars were reserved and if one were to become available he would reach out to us, but never did.

The first room we stayed in had lamps that did not work, were entirely broken, and a toilet that did not flush no matter how long we left it to fill the tank. We got switched to another room and this one had rust on the shower, water damage on the wallpaper from the bathroom and even the ceiling of the bedroom. We had a roommate the entire stay 🕷. The mattress was severely yellow and stained. And at 9 am, the hotel staff began to test their fire systems. This was incredibly inconvenient. For a general 3 star hotel, it was terrible and I will not be returning.

The lady in the front was nice but clearly stressed out due to being the only one working, felt bad for her. The room was 2.5/10, glad I brought my own sheets. There was dirty tools left in our bathroom, then after we left for a few hours and came back the tools were gone, so they also went in our room without permission or notice.
