There was a sewer issue in the first room that we were placed in on the 2nd night. We were moved to another room which smelled like dog poop so we waited nearly most of the day for someone to vacuum and deodorize the carpet. There was dog pee in one of the chairs in the outside area. The food was amazing. The front desk employees were awesome. Some of the housekeepers didn't speak English so I'll give it a 3 star rating

Arrived tired and upon check in, staff member said my reservation showed cancelled and literally dismiss me stating I should call Expedia and figure it out. I got on your website and there was no number available to call and speak with associate. Only option was to “chat” with ???? and unfortunately my cell phone battery was very low. The situation was resolved after some 30 mins by way of resending reservation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing !!!!!

Very unsatisfactory stay. Arrives 10:30 pm, not in room till after midnight. Went downstairs to change key twice and still can’t get in. Then they send security guy while my 80 year old mom standing outside the door waiting, and then waiting for the technician, finally changing the key battery. It shouldn’t happen to a 5 star hotel, plus there’s better solutions like switching to a different room to avoid all the time wasted and frustration for no rest , and extra stress after a long trip. Two terrible experiences with Marriott brand hotels, probably not coincidence. Go Hilton or Hyatt!

The hotel and property were absolutely beautiful! Not much to do around the actual hotel, but we enjoyed some relaxing time before our flight the following morning. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. It was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle, definitely a bonus!
