Listening to the wild parrots, smelling the orange trees and enjoying a cozy chair in the library sunroom made this the perfect B&B stay.

Nice B & B in South Pasadena.

The location is convenient to the 110 FWY and downtown LA. The grounds are nicely planted and I heard that there are weddings held at this B&B The room I had was nicely appointed and clean. Bathrooms are en-suite.

Great B&B experience near the rose bowl.

A great stay at the English Room in this charming B&B. We were there to see a concert at the rose bowl, and this was perfectly located for that. While other concert-goers waited an hour or more for an Uber afterwards, we walked 45 minutes home. The breakfast was great and the home was very charming overall. A really fun experience.

I really appreciated the warm reception and the quaint accommodations. They really made you feel like you were part of their family from the afternoon tea to the warm breakfast served in the dining room. I will definitely go back soon. ☕️🧁🍾
