Beautiful Hotel

The first night, I won't mention the name of the hotel, but it was absolutely horrendous. I wanted to make sure she stayed somewhere pristine the second night and we got exactly what we paid for. The hotel is beautiful and the attention to detail is immaculate. The complimentary Tequila cocktail in the room was an awesome touch. Customer service was top-notch. 10/10.

Great although with some flaws
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsNice hotell with great location and great service. The pool area is also very nice with very good service. There are a few negatives, however:
- Very expensive! Breakfast for a normal family of four is around 300 dollars. All extras are double up compared to what you would expect at a luxary hotell.
- Road noise from Wilshere Avenue (if you have a room facing this busy street) waking you up at night.
- Sometimes you need to wait too long for the elevators.
- The showers cannot be adjusted preassure wise. This means you have full preassure at all times which is very bad for sustainability. Also the temperature swith is old fashioned.
- the rooms do not get completely dark as the assistance light for some switches cannot be switched off.
