I don’t understand the good reviews?? Like I am genuinely confused!! While the customer service was fine, nobody else thought the beds were extremely uncomfortable? What about the noisy ac units? Dirt all over the walls? Stains on the sheets? Did nobody see roaches, because my husband and daughter saw one run across the room? Convenient location yes, but these rooms are disgusting and dirty. I appreciate the front desk clerk being nice, but I would never stay here again. We ended up checking out and getting a hotel in Pasadena.

When I went to check in, a little roach was crawling. I just assumed maybe it was from tge outside. When I got to the room there was another one so that made me uncomfortable with cleanliness as it looked fine however I did see two roaches and pieces of hair in the bathrooom drom someone. The toilet itself had signs or wesr and tear; the toilet seat was wooden and it was wood exposed which made me uncomfortable as wood is pour ours.

Clean room for the most part. Im a stickler about cleanliness. I did note the corners in all areas need dusting and especially floors need a wipe down. A dirty rag was left in plain sight which was gross. Otherwise, i also should have looked at reviews to see that skid row was right outside their sidewalk. Parking was not great. Very tight. Aside from that, it was a good Tuscan stay.

The property was great, I stayed here while on a solo trip and it felt safe. Front staff are super helpful in helping you navigate transportation or helping getting transportation for the airport. I will say that there are a few homeless people around but none are on the property so you will feel safe. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay here again!
