Clean bedding & towels. Room old fashioned but it was clean. I had a private bathroom but there’s a shared bathroom right outside the door & you could hear people back & for all night & early morning. The shower was awful! Very slow.
I had to go and ask for milk as none in room with tea & coffee facilities. Only 1 socket in the room & an extension with another extension was needed for the lamps. Average place to stay, definitely not luxury as in advertisement.

Very disappointed with this
Uncomfortable beds, noisy

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Beds and comfort are a personal preference. The beds we use are recommended for hotels and guesthouses for a good nights sleep. This has been the case with 95% of our customers . However in your case they weren't to your required preference for which we can only apologise. Regarding the noise. The room you were in is at the back of the property away from the main road so the noise levels would be minimal unless your window was open or you had noisey guests staying in adjacent rooms. Had you complained we would have made every effort to resolve the issue.

Noisey lost sleep

Thankyou for taking the time to write a review. The room you had booked is at the rear of the building so traffic noise is minimal , assuming that due to the cold whether your window was closed and it's also high up in the loft. So I am baffled when you say noisey unless you had guests in the adjoining rooms who were noisey? In which case had staff been informed we could have asked them to quieten down.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The temperature of the water from the electric shower in that room is controlled by two control knobs at the front. If these are not set correctly than you could get freezing water if you had reported this to reception staff would have come and resolved the issue.

Everything was wonderful in LG tHAI DERM AND SPA. BUT THE MOST WAS BAZZ, THE MANAGER, SO NICE AND HELPING US ALL THE TIME AND THE CHEF, THE FOOD IS AMAZIN, MANY MANY THANK TO BOTH.

Graduation celebration
Publié le 17 déc. 2023 sur HotelsThe location is great and parking is a bonus. My room was at the back of the guesthouse as requested so all good. The shower is small and the water pressure poor but all in all a great place to stay.

I asked for a quiet room at the back of the guesthouse and that’s what I got so I was pleased. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk into town. Very comfortable beds.
