The hotel was great. The "contactless key" through the app was a headache, and we ended up getting a physical key card. The contactless option never never worked either, even after the agent confirmed it on their end.

This hotel definetly met our expectations. It is within walking distance of many attractions and just off whiskey row. Parking is right next door(but pricey). The entire hotel staff were VERY friendly-we were asked a few times during our stay if everything was OK! The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel areas. It was nice to have the morning breakfast buffet included. We would certainly stay here again!

Room was clean and AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. Really close to Louisville Slugger museum. Typical hotel breakfast but was good. Notice there is no provided parking. It is $28/day at nearby garage.

The staff member who checked us in acted like we were imposing on him. The bed was uncomfortable. Parking was a pain. It was raining and there was no awning to cover your items. Parking was a un attached garage.
