This house was awesome. Our family of 3 (with 5 year old), plus a friend, stayed and it was so much fun. Each morning and evening we had plenty of entertainment at the house between the arcade games, air hockey, foosball, hot tub, and theater screen. The kitchen was well supplied for easy meal prep. We enjoyed the location: Great playground across from the lake/big hearts in Loveland. Easy drive up to Estes Park for beautiful views. Perfect learn-to-ski and tubing hill less than 30 minutes away in Windsor (Hoedown Hill). Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The house was amazing! The arcade was so much fun, the theatre room was nice, and the hot tub was relaxing! The house is close to the city, close to Rocky Mountain National Park, and close to FoCo. It was a great home base for our adventures! The host was very communicative and accommodating. Facebook group: Surprise Adventure Club

A wedding in June

We traveled as a family, parents of children 8 and 6 and grandmother.Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and quiet!This location made it easy to get to Fort Collins for extended family gatherings and to the wedding venue, Sylvandale Ranch.

Nice home

Great location. We had great time there, kids enjoyed the game room and theater . The only thing I wanted to mention is that there is no shampoo/body wash provided, remember to bring your own.

Great for families

Very nicely remodeled with things for the kids to do. Close to FoCo activities, we boated at Horsetooth reservoir. Only negative was a neighbor blasting music one evening, but they shut it down before it got dark so only a minor annoyance. Would stay there again.
