Très mauvaise expérience

Ils ont annulé notre réservation sans avertissement via courriel ou téléphone parce qu'ils avaient surbooké l'hôtel. Nous avions réservé à l'avance, déjà payé notre chambre et quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel,ils nous ont tout simplement mentionné que nous n'aurions pas de chambre. Durant la période des vacances,de un c'est vraiment désagréable et de deux c'est très difficile de se trouver une chambre dans un autre hôtel. Nous avons dû faire 1h30 de route supplémentaires pour afin pouvoir dormir. Sans compter qu'ils ne voulaient pas nous rembourser la somme que nous avions déjà payée,cela nous a pris 3 jours de discussion pour afin se faire rembourser.Très mauvaise expérience.

Loved our stay

Hotel is conveniently located close to stores & restaurants. Snacks were available for purchase in the lobby and a quick breakfast was provided in the morning. However, we had reservations for a room with a king size bed and the bed was only a queen. Definitely not as we had hoped it would be, but the bed was still comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and could easily accommodate someone with disabilities. Our room included a coffee machine, fridge & microwave. Enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area is very small. My deadbolt didn’t work. Water pressure was very low on the second floor. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is great. Just off the highway and close to many restaurants.

Not horrible, but a pass

Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was terrible and no cream for coffee. Room had a clogged toilet and when I went to desk, they didn’t have someone ‘at that time’ to fix it. So I said just to give me a plunger and I would just do it. The comment I heard was ‘ I like when guests just do it themselves’. Ok, where’s my discount then? Area is a little sketchy too.
