This condo has everything you could ever need. A fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The Cliff is perfect location to stay in with nice pools and right by the beach. This will be my go to place whenever I’m in Sint Maarten! Thank you Joe for let us stay! We had great time!

Beautiful condo and great location
My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay at The Cliff! The property is very nice and the condo had everything we needed and more. There is a small, private beach that feels like a little slice of heaven. Joe, the host, really went above and beyond in proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed, giving tips about the area and helpful recommendations. We felt that the location was the best on the island and enjoyed the quick drive (or walk) to Mullet Bay. There is a great organic market across the street from the condo as well that has everything you need for drink and food. Maho is a quick drive down the road with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. We are planning a trip back and will stay at this condo again. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality, Joe!

We had a great stay! The condo was well appointed and large with a great view from the balcony. The condo grounds are 1st class, loved the pool and can walk down the stairs to the private beach! Joe the owner was extremely helpful and informative. We will be back! Steve G.
