Hotel was beautiful however the ac in the room was not working well and making a loud noise all the last night at about 1am. Check out was difficult couldn’t find reservation when leaving. No warm cookies on any days 😞

Don’t waste your time or Money

I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone! The amount of disrespect/unprofessional treatment we received by a Gentlemen at the front desk is beyond our disbelief. We will be contacting corporate offices at Doubletree/Hilton as well.

Upon arrival, I checked in at the front desk and was given room 406. I left to attend to work business. Four hours later, I came to my room, and the bathroom walls were ripped out, and all the bathroom components were inside the room. I received no call from the front desk or email. After notifying the front desk, I was told, " Sorry," and given a different room. I'd recommend notifying customers about leaks or services going to be done to their rooms. After this, my stay was okay, but a big let down as far as doubletree standards in my opinion.

We were on the 2nd floor. When we stepped off the elevator the hall smell was so bad. It smelt of either dogs or dirty diapers. It was like that for the 2 days we were there.
