This spacious, sunny 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of our three-family house. A semi-detached town villa from 1913, only a few minutes' walk from the town center and the Trave river with a quiet, sunny inner courtyard. The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient. We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße.
2 bedrooms with double beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and separate guest WC. Living area with glass veranda facing south and a sofa bed for 2 people. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchenette and the dining area with corner bench for 6 people. They have a WiFi connection.
The vacation apartments have a garden of 600m² with a large lawn area, which offers plenty of space for children to run around and relax in the afternoon sun, with a pavilion, sun loungers, sandpit for the little ones, beach chair, garden furniture and barbecue. There is a parking space for your car and bicycles as well as a bicycle stand/bike shelter.
Seaside resort Travemünde, the most beautiful daughter of the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck. Ferry and fishing harbor at the mouth of the Trave into the Baltic Sea with a closed old town and venue for international sailing regattas.
Take a stroll along the Trave promenade. House-high ferries pass close enough to touch. The Bay of Lübeck with its varied coastal landscape and nature reserves as well as the culture and history of this region make Travemünde a versatile vacation destination. The Baltic Sea is practically at your feet here - you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach in a short time. Here you will also find the beach promenade and the popular 60-metre-long promenade jetty as well as the beach terrace and the pirate playground. Enjoy a fantastic view of the passing "big pots" and the sea. Incidentally, the Bay of Lübeck is a sailing paradise! Barrier-free development makes it easy to reach the promenade and spa beach.
In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés as well as attractive leisure activities, sights and excursion destinations. Hiking and cycling routes, sailing schools, beautiful golf courses and a variety of events such as the Travemünde Week, the sand sculpture exhibition or the autumn kite and light festival.
Dogs are welcome here. Please note that your pets do not belong in the bedrooms and bring enough blankets for the sofas for protection. Do not allow pets to jump onto the sofas/beds. Please ensure that you have adequate liability insurance.

Es war alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wir hatten die Wohnung im ersten OG und da hört man alle Schritte von darüber und darunter. Sehr gute Lage und schöner Garten mit Trampolin, Schaukel und Schuppen für die Räder.

Schönes, altes Haus in idealer Lage
Pros: Die Wohnung ist schön hell, hat eine angenehme Größe und hohe Decken. Alles ist liebevoll saniert, etliche ältere, restaurierte Möbelstücke geben der Wohnung einen persönlichen Charme. Der lichtdurchflutete Erker lädt zum Lesen und Relaxen ein. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorragend ist die zentrale Lage, man ist schnell zu Fuß überall im Ort, an der Promenade, am Bahnhof oder in einem kleinen Wäldchen - ideal für Hundebesitzer wie uns.
Cons: Die Wohnung prima liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, allerdings muß man wissen, dass der tagsüber fahrende Regionalzug zu hören ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für sehr geräuschempfindliche Personen ist das vielleicht wissenswert.

Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Keine 5 Minuten bis zur Trave und 15 Gehminuten zum Strand.
Wir wurden (wie immer) von Frau Schneider und Frau Neun freundlich begrüßt.
Beide haben immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn man mal einen Wunsch hat.
Unser besonderer Dank gilt diesmal Frau Neun, die so viel liebevolles Verständnis für unsere, manchmal lauten Enkelkinder gezeigt hat.
Wir haben und wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
