L’Appartamento è ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i confort, c’è purtroppo un problema di umidità e muffa su alcune pareti. La camera da letto dell’appartamento Turchese affaccia in una corte interna che andrebbe ripulita e liberata da un accumulo di materiali in disuso. Per il resto l’appartamento è OK
