The property was very well located for touring the old town and places of interest.
The room was spoilt by stale odours in the bathroom. This was possibly due to a maintenance issue with the shower's drain.

If there is a slight odor, because maybe the shower filter needs to be cleaned, as per ordinary administration, then we say it directly to the owner and in 5 minutes he solves!
In this review passes the idea that there is constantly smell in the rooms, and this is obviously FALSE!
It is necessary to be very careful in writing the reviews! There are people who work every day for a structure, whose image cannot be damaged due to the superficiality of others!

Clean and modern B&B 5 min by foot from the centre. Check in was efficient and breakfast adequate. The host Michele was friendly and provided helpful information. There's paid parking directly in front of the property or free parking some distance away. Would recommend, especially to those with a car!

great location in Etruria land
Posted Feb. 5, 2019 on Hotelsit was a very nice experience in a beautiful premise and natural setting. only remark-they would charge 20 euro to light the salamander. in winter, it is quite a must. otherwise, there's air condition which maintained the room warm.

Buena ubicación

Struttura proprio fuori dalle mura, quindi super-pratica per una visita della città. Le stanze sono semplici ma spaziose.

Posted Jan. 26, 2022 on HotelsL'ospite è stato molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La stanza molto comoda e la pulizia eccellente. Cabina doccia spaziosa e riscaldamento anche in bagno tramite rastrelliera per asciugamani. Letto con materassi confortevoli, armadio spazioso. Torneremo!
