Excellent place to stay. Rates reasonable, allows pets, room was extremely clean, and friendly staff.

Kids were running halls and playing hockey in the hall until after 1am. Parents/adults loud and yelling until 3 am.
No hot water in the shower.
Other than that staff was not the most thrilled at check in. House keeping was most friendly and working hard though.

Kayla-I am so sorry to hear about the problems you had. Unfortunately we had a rowdy group this weekend and your complaint about the noise was not the only one. Our overnight staff tried to keep the noise to a minimum by giving the group the meeting room to hang out in but it can be disturbing for the rooms nearest to them. I am sorry for those problems! With our renovations, we've had to make some ongoing adjustments to our hot water heaters as we get more of our rooms back. We would have been more then happy to make those adjustments or switch you to a room so you could have had a hot shower. Thank you for letting us know about your stay.
