Enjoy this fabulous, four bedroom, three full bath, home in downtown Ludington! Walking distance to downtown and the beach.

This beautiful, well-appointed home has everything you need for a relaxing week. Newly renovated, the space provides unbeatable luxury and cleanliness. The location is perfect! Park your car for the week and walk to restaurants, shopping, the pier, boardwalk, farmer's market and of course the beach on Lake Michigan. Everything you need to make your trip amazing is minutes away.

Look forward to fun-filled beach days and stunning sunsets when you make this Ludington vacation rental your home-away-from-home.

The house opens into an impeccably decorated living room that hosts a double sided fireplace. Enjoy the fireplace on cool summer nights or cozy up on those long winter days. The new kitchen features a beautiful quartz island and all new stainless appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meal or just relax with a glass of wine.

Sip your morning coffee on the front porch in one of our comfy rocking chairs. Dine al fresco on the 800 sq. ft back patio. The patio features a ten person table, seating area, gas grill, Solo stove for fires, corn hole set, and is illuminated in the evening by bistro lights.

The house is a wonderful place for a memorable family vacation. The house features a highchair, pack-n-play, and baby gates!

Featuring four bedrooms, including a main floor master bedroom with its own master bathroom. The master bedroom opens up into a stunning sunroom with access to the patio. There are two additional full bathrooms; one off the main living area and one that accompanies the bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs hosts three bedrooms, featuring a room with a queen, a room with a full (double) , and a room with two twins. There is an additional day bed (twin size) in the sun room and the living room couch also hosts a pull out bed.

Great long weekend getaway

Both the house and town were lovely. The house is charming, nicely redone, and has everything needed to make it a temporary home! Groceries only 3 miles away, nice eating out options if needed but kitchen fully equipped. Felt like we were at the seaside. Great golfing too at Lakeside Golf about 7 miles away. Enjoyed morning runs in town and along the beach front. A lovely place.

Great Property

We loved our stay at William house. It was cute, clean and comfortable. The basics were all stocked. The location to downtown was great. We walked to the water, restaurants, and breweries. My only complaint (which would not prevent me from booking again) is the plug in air fresheners and oil diffusers. They were overwhelming.
