Mean staff no customer service relationship .. like robots

Sorry You were not satisfied with us. You wanted an late check out - because of corona - we have to clean the rooms with much more time, we couldn't grant it. The cleaning staff has to finish its work till 3 pm. Checkout: You told me, You have payed with paypal. You did not pay with paypal. We do not work with paypal. Then You told me, You have paid in advanced with credit card. We both found out, You did not pay in advance. May be, You find I am a robot. My job is to get Your payment and You did everthing to make this very difficult. Please understand a check out, that takes 32 minutes, because of wrong information by a customer, makes even a robot very unhappy an would have been there other customers to pay, they would no be very happy to wait 32 minutes. In spite of this, i wish You a very good time.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Short walk from the train station and rental car place. Lovely little town. Good breakfast included.

Hotel only for one day

Ok for small town, if you stay only for a one day is ok, not AC, smell weird, breakfast good. The people is this town are very nice and they help you a lot.

Quirky

Certainly a talking point - very leftfield/arty not the most modern of hotels but I loved the quirks, certainly great value for money although the bed was very small. I'm intrigued to see how the other rooms are decorated apparently each room has a theme.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Einzelzimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstücksangebot war eher schlicht aber ausreichend. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.
