Get a feel for the country in this Beautiful new open concept rambler home nestled against the hills of Lyman within easy reach of Boulder, Fish lake, and Thousand lakes mountains and all of the abundance these mountains have to offer such as fishing, hiking, biking, boating, and riding ATV’s. Enjoy the slow pace and hospitality of the surrounding towns, the wonderful food and quaint shops. Also escape to capital reef for a few days and don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful scenic Hwy 12.

Beautiful home, and very comfortable, our only issue was the gravel road and loose rockery driveway into the home with our motor cycles and our friend who has bad knees. When we were considering reserving the home, we inquired about having Truck and trailer with street bikes to tour around in. It would be helpful if it was disclosed that the home is located on a gravel road with unpaved driveway with loose rockery. We were told there would be room to park and additional parking at end of road.

Visiting Capitol Reef National Park

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults - 2 couples and a single. The layout of the house allowed for all of us to eat at the large table and to sit together in the living area. Two and a half bathrooms was a plus. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We were not far from the entrance to the park, about 20-25 minutes.

Excellent House and Location!

Wish I planned to stay here longer! 35 minute drive to Capitol Reef, about a 2 hour drive to Bryce. Two and a half hour drive to Arches. The house is absolutely stunning. Well equipped everywhere, kitchen, baths, and laundry. Very clean and comfortable, beds are amazing! Games and activities for kids and adults. The view is awesome. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Capitol Reef trip

My family had a wonderful time visiting Capitol Reef National Park and staying at the Lyman house. The house is beautiful and clean. We stay at alot of VRBO's and this is in the top 5.

This beautiful home is well equipped. Looks to be brand new. It's about 25 minutes from the visitor's center at Capitol Reef. It's somewhat rural, but very comfortable for three couples or a family.

Amazing House

We loved the house. Easy check-in and out. Great place to go to Capitol Reef NP and Goblin Valley state park. Kitchen had everything we needed some. Bring coffee grounds for the coffee maker! Moms and kids trip was a success.
