Very well designed little hut in a great location
Posted May 25, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed at the hut for four nights and found it beautifully designed, and to our surprise quite spacious compared to huts we've stayed in before. There is plenty of space for two people to sit around and relax and a very adequate kitchen (we only used the microwave, but there is a double hob and cooking utensils provided). The bed is 'cabin style' and very comfortable, with some storage space at one end which is quite convenient so your bits and bobs don't fill up the dining/kitchen area. The location is lovely, not in a busy area but with easy access by foot to the seafront and all the amenities in the village. Parking is right by the Coop front door so getting settled is very easy, and there was a thoughtful welcome hamper containing some local produce, as well as tea and coffee and milk being available on arrival. A very cozy place in a lovely area!

Cosy getaway

Great little shepherds hut
Posted Aug. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayThe Coop is well fitted out with everything you need for a week away. Beware no TV. It’s in a great location within walking distance if Milford on Sea and the beach as well as a great location to visit other places too. The only minor downside is the hut is close to the road so we experienced some road noise in the morning but we got used to it.

Lovely Stay
Posted Jul. 31, 2023 on HomeAwayThe Coop is very clean, well equipped and everything is of high standard. It was perfect for a few quality days spent for just Grandma and Grandson. The only slight negative was the evenings offered no comfy lounge seat for me to sit while my grandson slept. I ended up bringing in an outside chair which had cushions, which worked fine.
Easy walk to the village and pond, and lovely walk to Hurst Castle and lighthouse, which is a must see. My seven year old grandson loved the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations
Posted Jun. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayThe Coop was a lovely place to stay for a few days holiday offering everything needed for a relaxing time. Milford on Sea was within walking distance ( taking about 10 mins) providing a range of shops, restaurant and bars. Would highly recommend.

Lovely short trip

Lovely break
Posted Oct. 9, 2022 on HomeAwayThe property was just as described. The bed was so comfortable. And the village was so friendly and had everything we needed. Lovely walks we had a great time. First time away with our puppy and she loved the whole experience. Would definitely book again. Fish and chips from Mr Pinks amazing thanks for recommendation. Xx
