Front desk Julie was excellent. After going to our room discovered bathroom shower was not cleaned . Took pictures of black all around shower. Went and reported Julie very kind and contacted a maintenance person who agreed to go clean it. Have found same issue in several places since Covid. Seems to be issue with lack of staff and attention to detail. Julie did give us discount for inconvenience. Maybe more training and compensation to people willing to do a good job. Julie was very kind and your lucky to have her as representative of chain.
