staff very frirendly and helpful provided us personal information on what to see and how to get there in Lyon. The property had a locked parking lot (at night) with free parking. Room was not luxurious but more than adequate. Breakfast was nice and reasonable.

Nice hotel near the hospital

Very friendly staff with very nice service. The hotel is the nearest to the hospital. So if you have something to do at the hospital it is an excellent option. However, it is far away from anything else, including a restaurant to have dinner.

Great Service

Booked at last minute, great location for visiting the hospital, easy 3 minute walk. Free parking at hotel was handy, very efficient, helpful & friendly owners. Rooms practical and comfortable maybe in need of a little tlc, we stayed in the standard room. Very good value for money. Not the most attractive area but practical for hospital visiting, access to other parts of the city, attractions etc would have been easy if time had allowed.

The lobby is very nice but the rooms are dated and need work, my room had a large crack down the wall and the decor needs a refresh, the bed was a little low and not the best wouldn't say this hotel was a 3 star maybe a 1.5 star
