Get away and relax with that special someone or the entire family at Hideaway Lodge located on beautiful Cedar Creek Lake. Tucked away in a peaceful area of the lake, you’ll enjoy gorgeous scenic views from the 1000 sq ft deck and over 200 ft of waterfront! Watch birds, cast a line or hop in the jon boat or kayaks and explore the lake or Lynn Creek. Gated community boat ramp access, full kitchen, games, smart tv and super fast Wi-Fi! Our family loves this place and we think you will, too!
The space
Hideaway Lodge sits on half an acre of waterfront land and is tucked back in a peaceful secluded corner of Cedar Creek Reservoir. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a fully stocked chefs kitchen and plenty of common living space for dinners, games, entertainment and relaxing. The patio is perfect for sunrises and sunsets with plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy views of the open water and take in the wildlife on the protected nature preserve across the water. The property has over 200 ft of waterfront to fish from or hop in the jon boat or kayaks and explore. Tons of outdoor space for grilling, roasting s’mores over the fire pit or playing cornhole. Plenty of private gated parking for vehicles and a boat on the property. Boat tie cleats on property retaining wall and access to nearby gated community boat ramp. This place has it all!

My family (ages 14 to 77) had an absolutely wonderful time in this home. It’s on a secluded part of the lake with few neighbors so we had privacy. We enjoyed kayaking, nature watching, fishing, grilling, and just relaxing. The back patio is huge and offers plenty of shade. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was fantastic. The home is well equipped and the owner was prompt in responding to my questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely Lakehouse

Owner was prompt to reply to a question we had while there. The house is lovely and the view was wonderful. Lots of bird watching. Very quiet cove of the lake, and only one neighbor in sight. Private and relaxing stay. We did not use the water toys because it was chilly, but that would be fun when it's warmer.

Best long weekend with friends

We had the BEST weekend! Our kids loved the kayaks and the John boat and spent 90 percent of the time outside. It’s shaded and quiet so even when it’s hot we were still comfortable on the back deck. Highly recommend!

Beautiful very spacious house

Loved it. Just so happened henderson county was having a burn ban which included a grilling ban at the time and the lake level was getting pretty low. Had drug that grill to the other side of the patio where it is more secluded and grilled anyways. They provided all the necessities for s'mores which was nice, but didn't want to chance a fire pit though. and they're just not the same over a grill. Overall a very relaxing weekend I spent most of my time on the back patio deck taking in the view, watching my kid play in that water and with the paddle boat while listening to the radio. Wife spent most of her time on the couch under a blanket reading a book. Really only one complaint that the owners could do anything about which would be the multiple cameras on the exterior of the property. was never really sure if we were being watched or recorded, felt a little uneasy didn't bother my wife though probably just me.

Nobody wanted to go home

Amazing hosts! Very good communication, super clean space, and amazing hospitality. I’d recommend this place to anyone it truly was an amazing trip. We all loved every second of it.
