Payed for a lake front room and got a view of the next hotel 20 feet away. Room seemed to be very outdated and falling apart among missing outlet cover.

This location was not staffed. My bed a very “crispy” sheet. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The carpet throughout the room was gritty and damp. No coffee. No coffee or breakfast room. Check in was as a neighbor hotel. No record that I had a fully prepaid reservation. Had to pay again and wait for a refund.

Poop on toilet, dog food on floor, used tissues in bed, exterior door didn't lock, had to register at hotel behind building. Smoke alarm in bedside drawer, no batteries. Key card didn't work had to go outside and around to other building to lobby only to be told we weren't doing it correctly and given same key cards. Staff was unhappy when she had to physically bring us the cards. Hardly any lighting in parking lot. No clock in room. Worst experience ever. They should be closed down.

Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsRooms are old and run down. Ours rooms main door had broken hinges thst didn’t allow the door to open. Literally had to use a coat hanger to by pass the extra top lock.
The window curtain hanger track was broken. The carpet had a big rip. And the bed had a gross red stain on top.
Water park is outdated as well as the whole place.
