Room didn’t have working air conditioning- never got below 75 even when set to 65 - was warned by staff when checking in that the suite I booked online was a handicapped room and that meant would not have even enough hot water to take one shower when two of us were staying- left early to get home because of room

The staff super friendly and tries, but are powerless. The room was dirty Shower had no hot water and faucet just spun in circles. Toilet handle falling off had to take lid off to flush. Area nice but hotel rooms are the worst I have seen in a red roof inn
