The property offers a large suite, with private bathroom and access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
In open space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry/dispenser area, a dining area, a complete bathroom and a living room with access to the balcony in common with one of the bedrooms.
The decor is clean and current, offering all the comfort and facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/€14 per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

A Hidden Gem

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation. It was very well equipped with all that was needed to feel like a home away from home. It even passed the fussy expectations of our two older teenagers. Excellent value for a week long stay. We will return in the future and would highly recommend this unit for value, location, space and comfort.

Good but some issues

Overall we had a nice stay. The unit is comfortable and has good kitchen amenities and a great view. It was nice to be in a neighborhood that was quieter. Our check-in process could have been much better in terms of clarity and readiness at check-in time and the parking is quite challenging. But the location is easy to get to many highlights of the area.

Excellent property but some drawbacks

Property was excellent with ample facilities. However, due to our late arrival at the location there was no food available as a starter pack. This would have been extremely useful as we were unfamiliar with the area and the location of any food outlets. It was dark on our arrival so difficult to establish where to go. Towards the end of our stay the lift in the building failed and again when due to exit the premises resulting in having to get heavy cases down five flights of stairs from the fourth floor.
