Casa FĂĄbrica da Manteiga is located within the Antiga FĂĄbrica da Manteiga in Arco da Calheta, a property comprising two separate units, surrounded by pleasant outdoor areas where tranquillity blends with a traditional, sun-drenched atmosphere.
This old factory has been carefully converted into accommodation, retaining original features and museum-quality elements that pay homage to the traditional production of butter, visible right from the ground-floor living room.
The house features a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (without a shower), and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with a dining table, sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or out and about.
To ensure a peaceful stay, please note that the outdoor spaces are divided between the properties: Casa Belo Jardim has the lower garden, whilst Casa FĂĄbrica da Manteiga has the terrace and the upper garden.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, this house is ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and a special connection to local history.

Located in Arco da Calheta, a quiet area highly appreciated for its mild climate throughout the year, Antiga Fåbrica da Manteiga offers easy access to Calheta Beach, restaurants, cafés and local services. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00⏠per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14⏠per person.
