Villa Ocean Haven by Atlantic Holiday

Villa Ocean Haven by Atlantic Holiday is a spacious villa located in Ribeira Brava, on the south coast of Madeira Island, offering a peaceful stay with open views over the Atlantic Ocean. Designed for comfort and privacy, this property is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the island at their own pace.



The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds and a double sofa bed in the common area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. All four bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring convenience for larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils needed, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and cookware. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available for guests’ use. The living area includes a Smart TV with box and air conditioning.



Outside, the property offers private outdoor parking within the grounds. Guests can enjoy the surrounding atmosphere and the ocean view, whether during the day or in the evening.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. A baby cot and baby chair are available upon request, making the villa suitable for families with young children. Smoking inside the house is not permitted.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, offering flexibility for late arrivals.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.
