We had a wonderful stay at Jiwar Al Madinah hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect (about 5 mins walk to Gate 305-Masjid Nabawi) which is closest to men’s entrance and about 10 mins to women’s entrance. There are many shops and eateries around the hotel..very convenient getting around. The staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating. It truly offers great value for money, with comfort and quality exceeding our expectations. The room is clean and with generous amenities. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, fresh ingredients, and excellent quality every morning. What truly made our breakfasts memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Alae. He went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of, always attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. His dedication and hospitality made our daily breakfast experience truly special. He even personally blended my coffee which one of the best I’ve tasted. Thank you to the entire team for a lovely stay—we look forward to returning again.

We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received. Our final thanks to Duty manager at reception Mr Zyati..hope i spell his name correct

Hotel is near Masjid Nabawi and close to all restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was not great and not fresh. Unfortunately I was on the second floor and I could hear traffic so sleep was difficult. Rooms are not sound proofed very well from the outside.

Clean room. Numan and Shakil were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service! The slow and small elevators were the worst part about the hotel. They took forever. Also, showers were very small.

Staff were great during stay. But Check in was slow and not thorough. Rooms are clean but bathroom is significantly small and hardly any lights. Shower head was extremely weak stream. Asked if could be fixed but they couldn’t. It was a big downside. What else you need in a bathroom other than good shower!! Breakfast was terrible eggs were ok other than that it’s very poor and hardly anything else to eat. Location was ok if you’re a man because you go through gate 305 into any mosque entrance. But if you’re a woman unfortunately you’re so far from the women’s entry. I don’t think this hotel is a good location for women at all. For me the coffee place Java plus was a big plus! Just coincidence it’s around the corner serving good coffee just to have after Fajr prayer.

Excellent stay at Jiwar Al Madina Hotel. I made a mistake with my booking and reserved from 19/12/25 instead of 18/12/25, even though we arrived after midnight. Our flight was delayed, we were extremely exhausted, and only upon arrival did we realize the check-in was from 4:00 pm. The reception staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered luggage storage, suggested we visit the nearby mosque, and promised to give us a room as soon as one was available. They kept their word and even upgraded us to a larger family room, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was amazing fresh, delicious, and the team was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the Prophet’s Mosque. I wish I knew the names of the reception staff to thank them personally. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
