Overall it was a very good experience. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location is perfect. However, the check in was extremely late, it was 5:00 PM so had to stay a relatively long period of time before we got the room.

Hotel is extremely crowded, the lifts were very slow and inefficient. The room was a good size but smelt really bad. Er told housekeeping and they sprayed it with something. The bathroom was in poor condition. The location was very good and the breakfast was good for the price too. For the price point, it was good.

I stayed at Saja Al Madinah during my trip for Umrah and had a pleasant experience. The location is great just a short walk around 4 minutes to the Prophet’s Mosque, which made it very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and overall it was a good value for the price. I would consider staying here again in the future
