3 araignées + 2 autres bêtes nous attendaient dans la chambre. Chambre sale, hôtel vieux et mal tenu. Nous avons loué une chambre dans un autre hôtel.

Check in was awesome. Very friendly staff. Felt bad that they have had storm damage to the roof.

This facility rates 7.2 on Expedia. That’s only 2.8 points below the Ritz Carlton. Is the rating scale reversed on this property? Upon checking ininquired about the advertised pool being open and whether heated. The desk questioned whether the pool would ever again be opened, no it was not heated. I asked where the included breakfast was served and was. they had been asking to have that advertised feature to removed for 3 years. She did say if I came by in the morning might give me a granola bar. The room was nonsmoking . Had the second hand body odor from the previous guest who chain smoked in front of the room and left cig butts all over the lot in front of room. The ambiance was enhanced by the barking dog next door and the other side guest who reversed parked their truck to barbecue on the tailgate 3 feet from the room door. I asked my wife twice if she wanted to leave even though I had a non refundable prepaid res. She said no as the linens were clean, the room presentable and the tv worked. The cooling unit was the through the wall type. When the unit came on I would compare it the the noise pattern of LaGuiardia airport. The fan was so powerful it lifted up the curtains so the whole town could see in the window. Hey everybody, come on in and let’s have a party. The guy next to me decided to have a domestic dispute with significant other at 1:30 am using the foulest language imaginable. Would have left then but safer inside than out. Wyndham property. Expect better

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Pool was closed because we can't get in the part needed to fix it yet, kind of out of our control. If you would have let front office know about the noise, we would have taken care of it. we will check the ac unit thanks for letting us know. and we do have granola bars that's all we are required to carry. Have a blessed day.
