For a supposedly smoke-free environment, I came away smelling like an ashtray - very disappointing!

Horrible

When we arrived at 4 pm the parking lot was under 6 inches of snow. Cars were getting stuck left and right. There was no parking areas cleared without getting stuck and we were told to use the shovel and clear our own spot if we wanted. Attitude of front desk was nasty and inviting. Remote for tv didn’t work due to batteries being dead and smoke alarm chirped due to battery as well.
