Guests are welcome to explore the property freely. Enjoy scenic walking trails located just behind the cabin that lead to the base of the knob—a peaceful spot perfect for a short hike and taking in nature. Whether you`re wandering the fields, visiting with animals (with host guidance), or stargazing at night, the entire farm is yours to enjoy during your stay.

We live on the property at the far end of the vegetable garden and are available if you need anything during your stay.
While we give guests plenty of privacy, you may see us around the farm tending to daily chores.

Located in a tranquil, rural setting, getting to and from the farm is easy, yet you’ll feel miles away from the hustle and bustle.

For driving, we recommend using your own vehicle for the most flexibility, as we’re in a secluded area with beautiful scenic roads. Local attractions, wineries, and other points of interest are within a short drive.

Uber and Lyft are available in the area, making it easy to get around when you’re not driving yourself.

For those looking to explore the surrounding countryside, renting a car or bringing your own is the best way to experience the local sights. We`ll send you detailed directions to help you navigate the area upon booking!

➔ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

+ Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per reservation.
+ We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
+ No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 40 pounds.
+ Pets are not allowed on indoor furniture; outdoor wood or plastic furniture is okay. Please also clean up after your pets.
+ Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
+ For your pet’s safety, they must remain on a leash at all times when outside. The surrounding property includes livestock, and entering the pastures could put your pet at risk of harm.

➔ This is an authentic working farm where we grow organic vegetables, cultivate hops, and care for chickens and other friendly farm animals.

➔ Guests may hear typical farm sounds and see daily farm activities—part of the charm of staying in a vibrant, living countryside setting.

➔ The owners live on the property and are happy to share the farm experience while respecting your privacy.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or open flames are permitted inside the rental. This includes—but is not limited to—traditional cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, candles, incense, and sage. (The only exceptions are designated amenities that require fire, such as the fire pit or fireplace.) A $200 fee per day of the reservation will be charged if this rule is violated.

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

7. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per reservation.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.

• Pets are not allowed on indoor furniture; outdoor wood or plastic furniture is okay. Please also clean up after your pets.

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

9. The cleaning fee for the required mid-stay cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit, if a deposit was collected. If you booked through Airbnb, the charge will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For reservations made through other platforms, the fee will be collected according to the payment method associated with your booking.

10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

11. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

12. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

13. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

14. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

15. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
