Hotel 1881 Madrid offers a convenient location with a metro station right next to the hotel, making city exploration easy. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel boasts modern interior design and high-quality finishes. However, the complimentary bottled water is limited to a welcome drink, and the air conditioning is fixed at 21 degrees Celsius, which can make the rooms uncomfortably warm during hot summer days. Additionally, street noise can be an issue, depending on the traffic and pedestrian activity outside.
