Pratique avec la navette à l’aéroport. Piscine et gymnase superbe. Bon déjeuner. Un peu cher pour être si loin du centre-ville. Le stationnement devrait être inclus pour cette raison. Réellement, le parfum utiliser pour le nettoyage des chambres est extrêmement fort et m’a causé une crise d’allergie durant 12 heures.

Eva at the front desk went over and above to make sure we were well taken care of. We will stay here again the next time we are in Madrid. The room was very clean, air conditioning was lovely, and the food excellent. The airport shuttle service was safe and efficient.

The hotel and restaurant were nice. But the shuttle was problematic. There was a number to call to make a pickup appointment but, although I used the correct number, no one answered, though I called several times. As it’s not one of the primary airport hotels, airport workers couldn’t help me. Not ideal!

The room was big and bed comfortable, but the pillows were horrible and there was no way to request additional ones. There is an airport shuttle advertised, but you have to read deeper to see that it only works during weekdays and has to be prebooked. No facilities except bar during weekend. There was heated swimming pool, but steps leading to it were very slippery and the construction not sound. Moreover, the pool was dirty.

Hotel was rather shabby for the price. Rooms poorly decorated and in need of a face lift. Breakfast was very busy and a bit chaotic. Reasonably close to airport, about 10 mins by cab.

Camas muy incómodas. No pude dormir nada. Creo que es un abuso el pago de un hotel de estas características para luego dormir en un colchón horrible, duro y con ruido, deberán de adecuar sus preciosa lo que ofrecen. Personal amable y el servicio de shutter perfecto.

We don't like the room and facilities. It feels like it wasn't done any maintenance, door closing was making a lot of noise. The TV didn't work, the AC unit had faulty.(It was making a lot of noise). Guests was disrespectful and were making noises in the corridor late night. More disappointing, when we asked for help, staff member said it was our fault that we didn't asked earlier. Unfortunately it was not pleasant stay.
