Apartment for rent fully decorated and equipped.
It is a beautiful apartment located on the second floor of a classic building with elevator.
It highlights the cozy atmosphere of each room with a fresh and modern touch.
The apartment differentiates the social area from the private area to have more privacy and tranquility. Thus, the social area consists of a separate kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and all appliances. On the main facade there are two balconies through which natural light enters the large living room, also has a work area.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms, all with fitted closets from floor to ceiling. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

The house has air conditioning system in all rooms.
Supplies included in the price: Electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have cradle. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Do Madrid like a local

We took a Tapas Tour the first night with a company called Devour. Dani was a great tour guide, giving us lots of tips for the next few days. The apartment is on a street where locals gather at a coffee shop in the morning and a friendly bar in the evening. We walked easily to the three main art museums. Also the other day trip to Toledo. Easy walk to the Big Bus.

This is truly a first rate apartment in a great location. There is ample space, carefully renovated and detailed. The appliances are new and all work perfectly. The attention to lighting and material finishes is a real asset. There is ample storage throughout and also a desk areafor work if needed.The street is wonderfully quiet and has several shops, cafes and restaurants as well as complete Pharmacy. We walked everywhere since the location is so central. And there many great restaurants within a four block area. A favorite was the Belles Artssidewalk cafe just around the corner.We were there for ten days and nine nights and still feel that there is so much more to see and.Madrid is an absolutely amazing city.When we return we will definitely look forward to renting this five star apartment again.

Great location, plenty of space and on a quiet street

We really enjoyed the space, plenty of room for all four of us (could have accommodated 1 or 2 more) and location within the city is great, walking distance to many sights and great restaurants. It was easy to get in and out and we also really liked how quiet the street was we did not hear any noise and due to being a light sleeper. There is a small elevator to get up to the apartment if you have heavy bags. Would definitely stay again

This apartment was perfect for my family of 5 on our visit to Madrid. It was clean and the location was perfect. From there, we were able to walk to several museums and monuments that we wanted to visit. There is easy access to the Metro as well. Close to metro and easy to get to from airport. Check-in easy enough. Unfortunately the tap in main bathroom broke on the first night and we could not switch it off, so needed to work out how to switch off the water to the whole apartment. The owner had some issues getting a plumber in (over weekend) so we moved down to a similar apartment on the first floor, which was okay but a bit more dated. But it served its purpose and we could walk to most places within 10 - 15 mins. Overall I would recommend esp. if you are not overly fussy. We would stay there again.

Great location

The apartment was ideally located just minutes from Puerta del Sol and the best parts of Madrid but is on a quiet street. The air conditioning worked great even with warmer temperatures outside. The house was clean and comfortable. It fit our family of 5 well and we will definitely be back.
