Convenient location. Parking was a hard as entrance and exit ramps were small for big car and parking garage door shut down too quick.

The room is clean but not well maintained, the floors are scratched and give the impression of dirt, the hotel entrance is very dirty, the terrace is very neglected and dirty, they don't pick up what they leave on the tables, the hotel staff is not friendly, they never have change for a 50 euro bill, they don't treat you badly but they are not friendly

First time visit to Spain and this hotel was perfect. Not right in the center of all the action, but perfect and walkable for everything I wanted and needed to see. Rooms were nice and clean, would definitely stay again.

Very nice , clean hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful . Excellent location - only 5 minutes from nearest Metro station ( San Bernardo). Fairly central to most attractions. Ten minute walk to Gran Via and all the restaurants and shopping. At 15 Euros per person ( children are only under 12) I would say the breakfast is pricey and probably not good value for money. There are plenty of bakeries etc close by which is a cheaper alternative. Overall - very nice hotel though.

Great hotel, good location, awesome triple

Very functional hotel and room. A little small but we had three triple beds. Beds were v comfortable. Shower was closed and extremely good. Really awesome shower! Good location too. Staff was very very nice.

This was our second time staying in the Leonardo. We chose it for the convenience of walking to Metro stations and easy walk to Malasaña. Hotel staff is great. Very attentive and helpful. Property is next to a high traffic route but it's quiet and comfortable inside.
