Overall this was a great stay , it suited us as we wanted to be close to bars in the evening but they can stay open late and could be heard in the apartment , we were on the 2nd floor , ear plugs were fine ! Good showers and all utensils you would require in the kitchen ( we didn’t use only fridge) The publc areas could have been cleaner and perhaps an area to change before flight would have been nice . We stayed in Seville and they had it there but it was a bigger complex . Overall would stay again .

The property is spacious and in a convenient location to tourist attractions; however it is very noise , especially at night because the windows and balcony doors are not insulated. Bathroom needs better cleaning

Second time staying in this place, they need to fix the elevator, it make a lot noise and feels unsafe. The washing machine was broken in our apartment. The whole building needs some maintenance.

I stayed at this one-bedroom apartment with a full private bathroom and a sofa bed, and it was a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—very central and just a short walk from Gran Vía, which made it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying the city’s nightlife. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bedroom was cozy and quiet at night, and the sofa bed was a nice bonus for extra guests. The bathroom was modern and private, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Being in such a central spot made getting around the city easy, whether by foot or public transport. I’d definitely recommend this apartment for couples, solo travelers, or even small groups looking for a great base in Madrid.
