Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and physical doorman, this bright apartment offers a terrace and a balcony from which to contemplate the sunset in silence, without noise or traffic. Its interior, cosy and functional, is fully equipped: fold-down bed, Italian sofa bed, central air conditioning and a carefully designed decor that invites you to stay.
Inside, you will find an open living room that combines a comfortable double bed with a sofa bed, adapting to your needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, utensils, crockery and everything necessary to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. The bathroom is complete and modern, with a practical shower tray.
