Fantastic location, the staff was very attentive and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast spread featured quality ingredients and was varied. We would definitely stay there again when in Madrid.

We were given a small handicap-accessible room (limited furniture, low sink and toilet, handicapped bars around toilet, no shower door, seat in shower, etc.). Requested to move to a regular room, was told there was nothing available until the next day. The next day they would not move to another room without paying additional fee. Had to pay $25 per night for another room. Otherwise the hotel was fine, not really a 5 star, maybe 4 star by US standards. Nice piano bar.

The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The only comment is that the shower was tiny and the room configuration was awkward (you needed to duck underneath the tv post to get around the bed, little storage area, small sink). However the room was beautiful and the hotel building too

Our stay was overall average. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff kindly accommodated us a bit earlier, which we appreciated. The room was decent but nothing exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was of average quality. One disappointing experience was with a discount offer of up to 20% off. The front desk told us it should be applied at the restaurant, while the restaurant staff sent us back to the front desk. In the end, the discount was never honored, which left a negative impression. Overall, the stay was fine, but the service communication and follow-through could definitely be improved.
