Bonne emplacement mais pas digne d un 4 étoiles
Publié le 26 août 2014 sur HotelsChambre standard lamentable , on a du payer un supplément pour obtenir une chambre correcte. Personnel pas agréable . Rapport qualité prix très en dessous de la moyenne. Je ne conseillerai pas cet hotel.

Excellent location . We had booked a superior room with seaview terrace but were very disappointed with the room . Although we did not complain, we referred to this in a review the hotel asked us for shortly after arrival. Immediately the manager responded and he and his team went out of their way to offer us three alternative room choices. We were very impressed with their response and moved to another room of the same grade but with much better proportions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable , newly refurbished and the staff are very efficient and friendly . Breakfast buffet has a very wide selection as does the evening buffet. The location right on the beach is superb as is the pool area . Arguably the best hotel on this stretch of coastline and within minutes of the old town . Bus station is only 5 minutes away from where you can travel to major centres of Split, Dubrovnik and Mostar over the border for superb sightseeing and stunning scenery all round.
