The hotel staff will charge you more with an excuse of collecting taxes. Even though while booking the hotel the taxes are included in it. They still charge way too more.

Lovely place. A short walk to Harram, under 10minutes walk, you are in The Holy Mosque. Very clean and beautiful room with the beautiful view of Harram from the hotel room. Will definitely recommend and use again

There were no towels and bath mats ready! We had to wait an entire day sometimes to get towels and a bath mat becaude they send their laundry to Jeddah

Overall good hotel

Booked this hotel for an Umraah trip with some friends. Fantastic location, 10 min walk from Haram. 5 min walk from local shops and restaurants. Rooms are brilliant. Has all the usual features you would want in a room. Ist class service from hotel staff. Hotel is also right off the main road so convenient for uber drop offs or pick ups.

Polite management

The property was excellent, close to the Holy Haram/Mosjid, it’s located 5 mintes away, but there is a steep hill that will challenge your knee power, I liked the people in the property they solve common problems smoothly, may Allah reward them jannah.

Google maps says its a 27 minute walk to Haram but that is wrong It is a 7-9 minute walk, you need to go thru Anjum hotel to get to Haram the quickest way Rooms were clean, people were good. Will stay here again

Very good location to go to the Kaaba which is about 10 to 15 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. Restaurant is available too. All in all, NO complaints 👍👍👍
