Holiday home located only a 15-minute drive from Malaga city, Andalucia.

If you want to relax with your family and friends, in a quiet setting overlooking the splendid mountains north of Malaga, then this holiday home, at less than 15 km from the city, should be your first choice. You can spend your holidays here, surrounded by peace and quietness, as you soak up the atmosphere and truly unwind in a natural setting. Besides, the total absence of light pollution lets you enjoy the starry skies and even the shooting stars during the warmer months of the year.

Inside the house, you are welcomed by a rustic decoration, characterised by wooden ceilings, stone walls and terracotta floors. The dining-living room is the house’s central area, where up to eight people can gather and chat in front of a tasty meal. The lounge room leads to the independent kitchen, which also relies on a washing machine. The three bedrooms of the house are equipped with comfortable beds and mattresses, to ensure the most relaxing nights of sleep. Two of them feature a double bed each, whereas the third bedroom is provided with two bunk beds. Last, but not least, several radiators and a bathroom with shower are available inside the house.

The backyard features an outdoor bathroom with shower and a splendid wooden terrace with a chill-out area and views of the hills that surround the property. An outdoor dining area is also available, as is another one in the front yard.

This house is part of a 4-house complex, and it shares the outdoor facilities with the other buildings. An internal staircase connects this house with the one below; however, when either one of them is rented out, the staircase gets closed, thus ensuring the full separation of the two homes. The third house lies right above the swimming pool, whereas the fourth one is located 200 metres far. The four houses share the swimming pool, a 14-place parking space at the entrance of the complex, a ping-pong table and an enclosure where a few chickens and a pony live.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
