A very good sized suite, with great views of the port area from the large terrace.The spa opening times could be improved as well as the steam room not working during our stay. A small walk to the old town 10 to 15 mins but overall a clean pleasant modern hotel that ticks many boxes

Very average hotel

Staff were overall kind and the room was fine, but very overpriced. All the soap was empty and the shower was not great. Was only there one night, but probably wouldn’t go back.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. It was expensive, but with good reviews, I decided to pay extra expecting a quality stay. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. At check-in, I was given a room that wasn’t ready—filthy, with towels on the floor, an unmade bed, and trash everywhere. After I complained, they apologized and asked me to return later. When I did, they gave me the same room, now cleaned. Not long after, water began leaking from the ceiling near the AC. I asked for another room, but was told the hotel was full. Instead, a technician spent a long time fixing it while I just wanted to rest in the comfortable room I paid for. Maybe I was unlucky, but based on this experience, I can’t leave a positive review for this hotel.

Good hotel with some improvement opportunity

Hotel is in a decent location. The staff could be a little friendlier and more welcoming. The overall decor of the hotel could do with some improvements as I have stayed at lower prices hotels that are in better shape. Worth a visit and hopefully the management will make the enhancements and up the level of staff motivation and energy

Hotel stay 5 days

The stay was great and the staff at reception especially. Very friendly and always ready to help you or just to say hi. This made coming in the hotel so welcoming. The bar food was not very vast and didn’t have many vegetarian options. The food was not great however the staff still friendly.
