With an area of 75 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.

The living room is adjacent to a fully-equipped minimalist kitchen, carefully integrated with the lounge area. Next to the wooden dining table, which can accommodate 4 people, the living room features a two-seater sofa (which can easily convert into a bed of 150cmx200cm) and a sophisticated chaise longue sofa. On the opposite side of the loft, there is a sheltered king-size bed (150cm x 200cm). The bathroom is also fully equipped and has a washing machine. Additionally, if needed, there is a safe.
