False advertising

Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery.

My partner and I spent 10 days here and absolutely loved it! Breakfast was fantastic, such a variety for a very picky person like myself. 10 minutes from the beach one way, 10 minutes to restaurants and shops the other! We had a shared shuttle that took 2 hours, and this was the only downfall but if you are able to drive or taxi it's only an hour! We will be going back next year!!

Reasonably Hotel but mostly occupied by Germans.

Pros: The entertainment team worked extremely hard throughout the day and night providing various activities and doing there very best to involve everyone.
Cons: The outside pool area, didn't appear to be washed down daily, the sun beds tired looking sagging and we'll worn, and lack of parasols. The food
Location: The location was really good for the beach and the centre with access to lots of shops and restaurant. Bars, also a pleasant port.
On a whole we had a very pleasant holiday and the weather contributed to that although we did have a couple of days where it rained heavily and everyone headed for the bar, it just wasn't big enough to accommodate everyone. The buffet food was average and quite repetitive and unfortunately the first few days we were there they suffered with flies which is difficult, but food was left out to allow the flies to rest on which was off putting, they could look at how best to display food and protect it. We took a shuttle bus from the air port which is a 2 hour trip after dropping everyone off at there hotels, and unfortunately, We were picked up at 6pm on our departure date for our flight home at 11.40 hence we arrived at the airport at 8.15 and had a lengthy wait. We decided to use the indoor pool on the day it rained but it wasn't heated and was extremely cold, the outdoor pool was cold but at least you had the sun to warm you when you got out, the facilities for the changing room for the indoor pool needed attention. To bring the hotel up to the 4 star it really does need money spent on it. What made our holiday was most definitely. The entertainments team, the shows that were put on where really good, the team work really hard to get everyone involved in the day in all forms of activity, and they communicate in several languages English being one, so we always new what was going on, the hotels location good access for beach and restaurants. Lots of Germans but we managed ok.

Not good for self catering

Self catering very disappointing. Basic utensils, no kettle or toaster,no grill or oven. Only two hot plates, microwave and a fridge. Ok if you eat out or in the hotel, not so good for families with children.

Nos sentimos engañados pagamos un todo incluido ,y cuando fuimos a merendar mis hijas nos dijeron que se había terminado el horario y que esperemos a la cena Pusimos una reclamación en el hotel y presentaremos en consumo.Dursbte el día el snak eran unas sobras de embutido del desayuno y pan Bimbo eso es un todo incluido?Para ayer hemos pagado Fatal denunciaremos este servicio que hemos pagado y no sé cumplió

Estimados clientes, gracias por sus comentarios y permítannos comentarlos.En primer lugar, lamentamos las molestias que este inconveniente les haya podido causar.Nuestro programa de todo incluido ofrece aperitivos en nuestra cafetería además de las 3 comidas de buffet en nuestro restaurante. Hay ciertos horarios para ello y en el periodo anterior al comienzo de la cena hay una pequeña pausa durante la cual no se ofrece comida. Cuando nos contactó con su petición poco después de las 17:30, nos ofrecimos a preparar una merienda a la carta para sus hijas. Sin embargo, usted lo rechazó. Entonces le ofrecimos ir directamente al comedor a las 18:30h al comienzo de la cena para que pudiera satisfacer el apetito y hacer uso del servicio una segunda vez durante la cena. Esta opción contó con su aprobación y su familia pudo disfrutar de un aperitivo y de la cena más tarde. Esperamos que este pequeño inconveniente no haya afectado demasiado su estancia y que hayan podido pasar un día agradable en el Aparthotel Green Garden. Estaremos encantados de volver recibirles en nuestro hotel más adelante. Atentamente, El equipo de Green Garden

Wirklich gutes Essen und sehr schöne Anlage. Zimmer zur Haupt-Strasse etwas lauter. Gute Kinderbetreuung!
