Wir konnten früher in die Unterkunft als gedacht, toller Service, netter Kontakt. Generell ist das Haus super, man fühlt sich megawohl, alles ist sehr neu, hochwertig und sauber, die Lage ist super und ruhig. Fliegengitter an den Fenster und der Terrassentür wären eine echte Verbesserung!

Bei der Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass es sich um eine schöne saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit guter Klimaanlage und Einbruchschutz in einem kleinen Dorf handelt. Viele neue Luxushäuser werden für Touristen gebaut, das Dorf wird in wenigen Jahren doppelt so groß sein.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch den lokalen Administrator. Das Studio ist sauber und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Der Pool war immer noch zu kalt, der Innenraum konnte abends kalt werden, der Kochherd wurde langsam warm und die Duschsteuerung war wie ein Joystick. Der Hund tat uns leid. Glücklicherweise hatte er eine Hundehütte im Schatten, aber das Wasser wurde nicht immer erfrischt. Der Hund kann nicht viel dagegen tun, aber abends wird er aktiv und man kann das Bellen hören.

Das Haus und der Pool war perfekt. Alles, was man kann, war in dem Haus vorstellen. Alles sehr sauber. Der Pool war gut gereinigt, Sie sind wirklich ganz privater Pool. In der Nähe liegt das Cala Pi, höchstens 3 Minuten. Mit einem Speicher und einigen Cafés. Für große Shopping gingen wir in Campos.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend Die FW befindet sich fernab vom Massentourismus im kleinen Ort Cala PI. Mit dem Mietauto ist sie etwa 30 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um ein Objekt mit 3 Einheiten. Im linken Teil (EG) befand sich unsere FW, rechts gab es eine weitere Einheit, die zu unserem Reisezeitraum nicht bewohnt war. Die dritte Einheit befand sich im OG und war bewohnt, scheinbar von Festmietern. Der Gastgeber zeigte uns die Wohnung, die genau so aussah wie auf den Fotos und übergab uns einen Satz Schlüssel. Die modern und hell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hatte ein Wohnzimmer mit superbequemer Couch, großem Esstisch, offener Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle usw., 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit Dusche, eine extra Toilette auf der Terrasse und einen separaten Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, welche kostenlos genutzt werden konnte sowie die Klimaanlage. Im vorderen Eingangsbereich gab es einen überdachten Außensitz und im hinteren Teil der Ferienwohnung die Terrasse mit Pool, 3 Liegen, Sitzmöglichkeit und Wäschetrockner. Der Pool ist 4 x 4 Meter und war komplett gereinigt und sauber. Positiv und sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass niemand die hintere Terrasse mit dem Pool einsehen konnten, außer vielleicht die Familie im DG. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Selbst Geschirrspültaps, Waschmittel, Alufolie usw.. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und mit ausreichend Decken und Kissen ausgestattet und bezogen. Nur das Etagenbett im „Kinderzimmer“ war aus Metall und hat etwas laut beim Umdrehen gequietscht– ein wenig Öl schafft sicher Abhilfe. Alles war farblich aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet worden und hatte viele Accessoires, wie Sofakissen, Decken, Kistchen und Kästchen….- was sie dadurch sehr gemütlich machte. Drei kleine Wehrmutstropfen gab es 1. An das Grundstück grenzt ein Naturschutzgebiet in dem viele Tiere leben. Z.B. auch Grillen oder was auch immer das war. Diese Tiere haben ab Anbruch des Tages teilweise so laut gezirpt, dass es manchmal schon leicht störend war– es gab also keine einsame Stille… Nachts waren die Tiere aber ruhig. 2. Das fehlende WLAN war schon ein Negativfaktor für uns, weil die eigene Datenleitung langsam und schnell aufgebraucht war. Im Ort selber gab es kein freies Wifi. Für uns ist es wichtig online zu sein, um Ausflüge zu planen und buchen sowie Urlaubserlebnisse mit Familie und Freunden zu teil
